If you, as a consumer, have suffered a loss because the product you bought was defective, the service
rendered was not done properly, or the specifications submitted to you were not complied
with, you can approach the CONSUMER ARBITRATION CENTRE, bringing along any documents you
may have (invoices, receipts, etc.) relating to the case.
If you are in business, mindful of the good name of your firm and want to resolve any disputes that may
arise with your customers, you can resort to the CONSUMER ARBITRATION CENTRE and obtain
all the information you may need.
The Centre aims to resolve minor disputes in Macau between consumers and
businesses, and it has separate departments for Information, Conciliation and Arbitration.
